Sale of 100% of the Company
Upon completion of a thorough market test, Guardi and his team successfully completed a transaction with one of Bullet’s market competitors, Roadrunner Transportation Services, Inc. The transaction resulted in a significant premium for Bullet, heavily based on the well-communicated strategic attributes of Bullet to Roadrunner. In addition to significant cash proceeds at closing, the sellers also received and (post-closing), participated in, interest-bearing notes and warrants in Roadrunner as, notably, the Bullet transaction enabled Roadrunner to successfully launch an Initial Public Offering.
