EagleRider, Inc. is the world’s largest motorcycle tourism company specializing in Harley-Davidson, Indian, BMW, Honda and Triumph motorcycle travel, rental, sales and service.
Client Goals
Through a relationship with EagleRider’s founders, 555 was aware that the shareholders were looking for a strong growth partner and to potentially cash out certain shareholders (in part or in whole.)
Solution
Recapitalization with proceeds used to cash out certain shareholders and capitalize growth.
555 introduced EagleRider to Main Post Partners, a private investment group with deep experience in building consumer brands. After evaluating several liquidity options, EagleRider’s founders agreed that teaming with Main Post Partners and 555 in the recapitalization of the Company would provide them with the optimal solution. The transaction enabled minority shareholders to divest their ownership while the founders were able to achieve liquidity while retaining significant ownership in the Company. Most importantly, Main Post provided the capital necessary to support EagleRider’s global growth strategy.
“We are excited to partner with the team at Main Post and tap their expertise in building consumer brands in the next chapter of this exciting ride.”
-Chris McIntyre, CEO and Co-Founder of EagleRider
“Andre Guardi of 555 Capital Advisors keyed the relationship with Eagle Rider and his insights throughout the process were invaluable.”-Sean Honey, Managing Partner of Main Post Partners
