555 Capital Advisors, LLC announced the recapitalization of J.C. BroMac Corporation dba EagleRider, Inc., the global leader in motorcycle rentals and adventure tours, with its client Main Post Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with deep experience in branded consumer products and services companies. 555 acted as Main Post’s exclusive financial advisor in the transaction. In addition, 555 invested alongside Main Post and EagleRider management in the transaction.
EagleRider is the world’s largest motorcycle tourism company specializing in Harley-Davidson, Indian, BMW, Honda and Triumph motorcycle travel, rentals, sales and service. Founded by motorcycle enthusiasts Chris McIntyre and Jeff Brown, the company operates in 100 locations worldwide and offers experiences including rentals, self-guided and guided tours in more than 30 countries.
